FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up on new techniques for installing as well as new products that come out making projects easier, less expensive and longer lasting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs we do are private homes. We work a lot on bathrooms, showers, kitchens, floors in all rooms, entryways, and back yards. We do a lot of Jacuzzis and pools decks too. Lately glass tile seems to be the in thing and we have been doing a great deal of that lately.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have the tile contractor come to the job site and give you a real estimate first of all. Don't give someone the square footage over the phone or on some email and ask for a price. Rely on the contractor's expertise to help make your project a success. Hold the contractor to the standards you expect. Go over the type of tile or stone you want to use and why. Review different sizes, colors and finishes. Discuss the grout type and color. Don't ever forget the sealer. Sealing the project correctly will make years of difference.
