Introduction
I have 10 + years of experience in the fields of hypnotherapy, NLP, family constellations, and spiritual counseling. My own journey of reprogramming my subconscious mind and healing my childhood wounds, is what catalyzed me into helping others. I keep a balance of supporting others, while more importantly helping them to support themselves and access all of the answers and wisdom that lie within. The modalities I use are tried and true structures that help bridge the xo concious and unconscious mind to bring about more choice, freedom, and joy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Neuro-linguistic Hypnotherapy session with Linseed. I started the session feeling anxious and exhausted and afterwards left feeling positive and rested with lots of clarity and energy.
