- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees vary depending on the services rendered and the amount of signers needed to fulfill task(s). Since I am a Mobile Notary and will travel to you, these costs (travel and convenience) will be included. I provide a flat reasonable rate for my services. Please contact me to discuss. Mahalo!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are a new customer or a familiar patron, all are treated the same and will be handled with Aloha. I will met you where ever is best for you and will assist you with the documents and or services that you need fulfilled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously, I worked at a local Credit Union for 13 years and had been a Financial Service Specialist for three years conducting Notarial services for those three years. I have completed a number of Home Equity Line of Credit closings and have also seen my fair share of Trusts, Wills, Healthcare directives and the like during my tenure there, all which needed to be notarized. I have also attained my Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management in 2006 from University of Phoenix.
