- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One on One sessions are 50 - 75 minutes. Includes a monthly program with workout cards starting at both small and large packages covering you for a month up to 6 months or more! Partner and group training available. Meal plans and check ins priced on a monthly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation either in person or via phone kicks off the process. It’s important to understand my clients goals, assess a program, talk about nutrition and instruct and coach them on how to blast through their goals. Each person is uniquely different and should be treated as such. The new client interview helps both parties see if there’s a match. Every trainer has a different approach so it’s important to be able to have a dialogue around that and also see if there’s a personality match as well!

I have been training and coaching for over 20 years with a huge track record of success in helping people lose over 100lbs...working with physique competitors...athletes...and new gym goers. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine Crossfit Level 1 Certified Head Coach for Team AlphaStarr Nationally qualified competitor Former fitness coach and manager at three 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport Clubs over the course of 8 years.
