- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For medium to large projects, we offer free estimates which include a site visit from one of our technician/estimators. For smaller projects/repairs, we offer flat-rate service calls. In our flat-rate fee, we include the first hour of labor with 2x technicians, our trip charge, and any small materials. If we are not able to resolve your issue during the service call--or within one to two additional hours--we will let you know, give you a quote for the repair, and not charge you for the visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to give a quote to our new clients as quickly as possible so that they can decide whether or not they would like to move forward with us. If we are able to give a ballpark estimate just based on a description and possibly some photos or a video, we will. If your project has many details which need to be taken into account, we will then schedule a site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are thoroughly trained according to the latest National Electric Code.
