Introduction

Purpose driven yoga sharier and a holistic (Ayurvedic) nutrition specialist striving to help people optimize their lives for happiness. Spent some quality time in India training and learning from truly talented yoga and meditation masters and am so grateful now can share this knowledge and practice with anyone and everyone who is interesting to learn traditional yoga that will help you balance your mind, body and spirit. Been so fortunate to have opportunities to work with people from different backgrounds such as kids camps, senior homes, American cancer society , military personnel and their spouses, international summer camps, and many others (back pain patients, post surgery patients , mental health awareness org. etc). I truly believe that yoga can benefit and bring awareness to everyone and help us all develop a lifestyle that leads to a healthier, happier and more balanced life, help us live our best, authentic life and reach our full potential on personal as well as professional level and more.

Elena is absolutely AMAZING. I was looking for a yoga instructor last minute for an Army event. Elena responded so quickly, and also was so flexible in her availability. She was so pleasant to work with that I booked her for another session. Elena has a heart of gold and the passion she has as an instructor is so admirable. She is my go to yoga instructor for any events I plan on having in the future.! If you are thinking if she is worth booking or not, I promise she is!!

I've been working with Elena since 2017 from someone who doesn't know yoga to someone who is now more flexible, Elena is very patient and understanding. She knows just how to push you in ways that you're comfortable with so you don't injure yourself, I couldn't believe some of the poses I could do now and how long I could hold each of the positions over the years. She's also very consistent so that no matter where she is physically, you could always connect with her via Zoom for your yoga classes if that's what you prefer. I absolutely will recommend her to any yogi at any level. Thank you Elena!

Love meeting new people , share my techniques and answer their questions. It's all about energy exchange. There are plenty of teachers and students, so best advise is to look what works best for us and someone that can see us, hear us and help us reach our fullest potential in whatever goals we set for ourselves and more.

As a world citizen and a yoga ambassador I got incredibly fortunate to get opportunities to teach all over the world. Starting from New York, making my way through Western Europe, Thailand, South East Asia, India and now here I am, living on this beautiful Island. Through my travels and the different life and yoga events I got so lucky to meet people from different countries, ages and backgrounds. It’s all about connection and quality relationships that make us feel truly fulfilled and make us grow better and brighter on a personal level as well as being an essential part of our community.
