Dan is a great trainer and I've seen amazing results working with him. I've worked with a few other trainers in the past who I haven't been too happy with for a few reasons, but with Dan I have no complaints. I suffer from a hip injury and occasional knee pain and Dan was great at modifying and personalizing my training program to fit my needs. He is professional while still making my workouts fun! The pictures are only a 2 week difference!!!

$125 for 1 hour one-on-one in person session. (Discount- 10% off for 10 session package) $150 per month for online training program and coaching via Truecoach. (Includes 1 free in person session per month)
