I have been a property manager for over 13 years on Oahu. A little background about my PM experience, I have been a pm to senior pm to head legal consulting to PM business owner. One of the greatest skills in my arsenal as a PM is my attention to minute details. I could always findvsojething wrong or not cleaned up to standard. To the point no was the bench mark for cleaners when I worked for the biggest PM company on Oahu. For the past 13 years no vendor has ever been able to pass my “white glove test”. With much distain to my pride and also much rapture to my ideals. I can finally say that I have found a cleaner that has 100% passed my test. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is normally per hour per cleaner. So if you are quoted 10 hours = that means the job should be done in 5 hours with two workers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I advise as to what is important for us to get too. then I let them know what the real time it will take to get items done. I keep an open line of conversation just in case they go over time and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to clean up a lot due to my grandmother making sure everything is clean. I then went to Nursing in college, and now I can use what I know about chemicals and about microbiology
