- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique, therefore quotes are given based on the requirements of the job, including the type and scope of work, the number of expected people and the total hours necessary to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A thorough walk through of the project prior to beginning any work is important to set proper expectations and gives an opportunity for both the owner and the professional to clarify any potential issues. A detailed inspection after completion is also helpful to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 15 years experience in hospitality I have worked and trained others in all departments including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and management. I have always been a 'hands-on' type of guy, always willing to learn new things and work with others to get the job done right.
