Base Rate: Our standard rate is $95 per hour. This reflects the quality of workmanship and experience I bring to each project. Minimum Charge: We have a 2-hour minimum charge for all services. This ensures that even for smaller jobs, the time and resources spent are efficiently utilized. Instant Booking Fee: For the convenience of instant booking, there’s a small fee of $15 within Honolulu and $35 for extended service areas. This helps cover the increasing costs of the platform and maintain our swift service. After-Hours Service: We offer services beyond standard working hours, including weekends and holidays, at 1.25 times the base rate. This rate is to accommodate the additional effort and time such hours often require. Discounts for Students and Seniors: We offer a discounted rate of $75 per hour for students and seniors, acknowledging the financial constraints and the importance of accessible services. Referral Program: If you refer a new client to us, we offer a $35 discount on your next service as a token of appreciation for helping us grow our community. Specialized Service Pricing: For certain specialized services, such as TV mounting or window AC installation, we offer competitive starting rates (e.g., $130 for TV mounting). This pricing is designed to be more affordable compared to standard market rates. Transparent Quotations: For each project, I provide a detailed quote beforehand, breaking down the costs clearly, so you know exactly what you’re paying for without any hidden charges.

Initial Contact: You can contact us via phone, email, or our website. We'll discuss your project requirements, timeline, and any initial queries you may have. Detailed Consultation: For more complex projects, I prefer to schedule a detailed consultation, either in person or virtually. This allows me to understand the scope of work better, assess any specific challenges, and get to know your preferences and expectations. Customized Proposal: Based on our consultation, I'll prepare a detailed proposal that includes the scope of work, estimated timeframe, and a transparent pricing breakdown. This ensures you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Feedback and Adjustments: You'll have the opportunity to review the proposal and request any changes or adjustments. My goal is to ensure that the plan aligns perfectly with your vision and needs. Scheduling the Work: Once you approve the proposal, we’ll schedule the work at a time that is most convenient for you.
