FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour or per project, but prefer building long-term relationships to support life milestones—dream jobs, first loves, weddings, pregnancy, the mommy years, leveling-up careers, divorce reinventions, mid-life transitions. My greatest joy is helping people reach their highest potential, which wardrobe has the power to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend a basic image consultation for all new clients. While all services are customizable, most engagements have the same general flow: • Step 1 (20 minutes): A Zoom meeting to learn about you—goals, preferences, lifestyle & budget—to establish our scope. • Step 2 (90 minutes): Basic image consultation with head-to-toe analysis—color, face, body & style—to ensure our wardrobe and styling decisions are well informed. • Step 3: We dive into the scope!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees from NYC's Fashion Institute of Technology (Image Consulting) and the Image Resource Center of New York (Color Analysis). I've also been a visual storyteller for over 25 years—first in corporate branding, then fashion design. This unique amalgamation of training, skills and experience is what my clients value most.
