- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our catering based on what dishes and the number of people you need to feed. On average our basic buffets are around $25/per person and upscale buffets are around $45 per person. We also offer bentos for an average $10/per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information upfront as possible. Venue, food type, head count, budget, service needs, and date. Once the menu proposal is sent you can look everything over before signing the contract. We can also make any changes you need before the final payment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for 10 years with a background in cooking, bartending, and event planning. I now own my own restaurant and am the head chef. I can still offer bartending and event planning services if needed.
