Thank you Eugene for your prompt response to my request to install my gas cooktop! Purchased the cooktop from Lowe’s on line,only to find out that Lowe’s doesn’t have installers for gas appliances 😖 Install was done on a Sunday! Most service providers don’t work on Sunday! Very happy with your service…arrived on time, & got the job done. Will definitely recommend you to my family & friends

I contacted 3 other companies prior to contacting YZ. The other companies were having me wait for weeks or stating they were unable to purchase the parts that were needed for my repair prior to my appointment and would need to order the part after the consultation, which would have added on an additional 3-5 days. They also charged hefty fees for the initial assessment. I called Eugene on a Friday and he was able to schedule my repair the next day (a Saturday) and provide an accurate quote for the job. He also stated he would check for the part’s availability and then confirmed he had the part on the morning of my repair. I was so thankful for his prompt service and finally being able to do laundry again.
