When you book us, we guide you from beginning to end from filing initial online marriage license, to scheduling in person appointment with Hawaii Dept of Health agent, to wedding day. Our couples we assure, we won't leave you hanging. We guide you, checklist you, email agent at Dept. of Health for you, to make sure marriage license is approved and issued and ready for wedding day. After ceremony done , we finalize and submit it online to legalize it. This is what we do for our couples.
We feel once you book is, our job is to get you there from day 1 to marrying you on wedding day. You booked us to marry you, we will get you married. We keep you informed, remind, to be sure you did all you suppose to do to get approved marriage license. After that leave it to us, we take over😀.

We can alter your wedding dress, bridesmaids or Grooms! We are seamstress and tailor.
Fees: We keep it transparent. Officiate fees start at $ 300 and pricing varies up for Northshore of island, time requirements ; if we are requested to get on a boat, climb a mountain, hiking; these are done by our Kane Officiant; Kepa. Depending on location venue. ( Lol, Yes, we have had some wild requests to officiate at.)
***Please note the State of Hawaii and City & County of Honolulu require permit for its beaches and park. Fee will be added to officiant fee to any beach or park.We file and get permit for you. We conduct ceremony the legal way. Our mayor signed into effect March 2022, that banned some beaches to have any type of commercial activity, that includes Makapuu, Waimanalo, Sherwoods, Kailua, Lanikai Kaneohe, Kaaawa, Hau'ula and no cliffs. In order to attain a permit, you need 1 million liability insurance. WE ARE INSURED AND LEGAL. We take care of permits for only couples who book us. Yes you can find cheaper officiants, but they probably not insured and able to pickup a permit. If they say no need, that is false. Bill 38 and DLNR, and City requires beach or park permit. In order to get a permit, City gov. requires officiant/photographer to carry Liability insurance. We are! Theres many officiants conduct ceremonies uninsured. Getting stopped by officers and your not insured or have a permit just ruin your clients ceremony and the officiant can get fined and lose license. Worst yet, your wedding special day ruined All because the officiant was not responsible enough to conduct ceremony or attain required permits. Not us....we are insured and we file for your permit for you. You can go cheap...and get a cheap done illegal ceremony if caught. Officers patrol all parks and beaches. But our couples no need to worry...

We post our officiant fees here so you know what they are. No surprises and straightforward. We do one on one service. From Day 1 you book us, we guide, checklist you to make sure everything is in order from 1st filing to apply for marriage license, to scheduling mandatory inperson appt with State Dept. of health agent, to picking up beach/park permits, florals if desired, photography, everything for your ceremony day, then submit to legalize marriage. Leave it to us..stressless, we get you married.

$375/Signing Only. No ceremony and only at Nu'uanu Valley Park. Some request no vows, no ceremony, just signing for legals. We do offer this but our signing is with class. It includes 2 Hawaiian Fresh Single Leis.

** Very important, we have a group of photographers and cimetographer that we worked with for years and their artistry has been proven to us. We can refer you to them and you would book their services with them. This group gets included and we cover them in filing for beach/park permits. If you choose your own photographer outside our referral group, be sure they pickup their own photographer city or state permit and is liability insured.( Gov. requirement to get a permit of proof of liability insurance). We will NOT COVER anyone not on our insurance and permit outside our referral photographer group.

We don't haggle with pricing. Fees are posted here so you know the fee before contacting us. We know what we can do, artistry, our floral work is and we don't compare or compete with anyone else. But if its getting the lowest officiant fee or floral fee...its not us. We are not expensive but priced right. We don't gorge or up play or height up like a show ceremony. We look at your wedding day ceremony no matter if you want it short or intimate, we can do that but beautifully. Your day is important for us too, and we conduct as such. But cheap, shot gun ceremony, just show up on the day officiant, sorry we are not that kind of officiant. We communicate with you and make sure everything is set. One on one service. We don't copy cut paste one for all ceremonies. Each ceremony uniquely done for each of our couples. As said earlier, we have standards. We not the cheapest officiant as we treat and make sure each of our couple's wedding day with beautiful high standards. Cheap services, definetly not us. No, it does not have conchell blowing which is so incorrect to be done in a wedding ceremony. On consultation I can go over it. It is not for every couple but for those who truly want to have a ceremony done the right way in Hawaiiana Authenicity.
