Responded quickly to our need. Came when he promised. Reviewed the floorboards that were termite damaged. Explained the process, and quoted a fair price. Came promptly. Worked hard 4 us. Even made a custom wood trim in his shop which was impossible to find. Skilled and professional. Highly recommended.

The technician responded in a timely manner to my request to mount a new, larger TV in our condo. He coordinated a time to meet with our tenants, removed the older TV, and determined he needed to purchase some additional bolts to do the job. Our tenants had to leave, so he arranged to return the next day and installed the new TV. He was friendly and did a great job on the installation.

Austin did a great job. He installed two fans, lights and shelving to our exact specifications. He even ran out to get tools and nails. I would certainly use his services again. He’s a pro! Absolutely no complaints. He’s very quick too.

Each Job is bid out differently: If possible per sqft for any service is preferred way to bid out. Tile: $6sq/ft(floor)$12/sq/ft(wall)$7sq/ft(thinset removal) Backsplash: $18/sq/ft Natural Stone, Slate, Paver: $20sq/ft Flooring(vinyl, wood, laminate): $5/sq/ft(install & remove) Contact me for additional pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always look forward to meeting new customers. I come to give initial quote and work with customer to provide best service and information about my services. The quote is always free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HSD. Working in construction industry for the past 6 years. I have completed apprenticeship for Precision Fine Finish Furniture. (Modern Habitats Hawaii) I have personally purchased, remodeled and sold 3 homes (forclosures) preforming most trades. Successfully selling each for profit.
