- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on many variables and we cannot provide quotes over the phone. We must see the property and work needed in person to determine the best access points, how long it will take to safely remove each tree, and remove the debris from the property. With so many variables it is impossible to price tree services accurately via phone or text but we offer FREE estimates anytime!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically setup a time to provide a competitive quote that fits our customers schedule. Once the customer approves the quote we will book the job with our client and send them a booking confirmation. Once the job is complete and the client is happy with the work provided, we will invoice the client and collect payment. Lastly reviews are very appreciated!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees all go through rigorous apprenticeship and journeyman training to ensure they are qualified to handle their roles.
