We hired A-Ok Tree Service for both tree removal and pruning of numerous existing trees. After Tim gave us the initial quote, Kodee and his guys were able to get started immediately. They were all courteous and beyond thorough. I was consulted several times, while they were here, regarding additional decisions needing to be made. Their skill level was impeccable. Trees were dropped in precise spots, preventing damage to particular surroundings, including fences, houses and other trees. The clean up at the tree line In our backyard, opened up the area, making the space more usable. As we were dealing with some tree removal within the tree line, they were great to work with when it came down to making decisions about which trees were best to be removed and which were best to stay. Kodee was also able to recommend contractors for additional work. When the project was complete, our backyard looked amazing and we couldnt have been more pleased. I highly recommend A-Ok Tree Service.

We a giant oak tree overhanging our house. A-Ok came out and quoted us a fair price for the amount of work. We didn't want to lose the tree just the overhang. They took the monster limbs down and sprayed sealant on ends of the limbs for us to save the tree. They were incredibly friendly and a joy to talk to. They also didn't mind that we sat outside and watched.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on many variables and we cannot provide quotes over the phone. We must see the property and work needed in person to determine the best access points, how long it will take to safely remove each tree, and remove the debris from the property. With so many variables it is impossible to price tree services accurately via phone or text but we offer FREE estimates anytime!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically setup a time to provide a competitive quote that fits our customers schedule. Once the customer approves the quote we will book the job with our client and send them a booking confirmation. Once the job is complete and the client is happy with the work provided, we will invoice the client and collect payment. Lastly reviews are very appreciated!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees all go through rigorous apprenticeship and journeyman training to ensure they are qualified to handle their roles.
