Matt Swinford (and his company) was recommended to me by a good friend who also used Rhino Restoration for a new roof. His team did a nice job on the roof, getting it done in a timely fashion and cleaning everything up well. Matt worked directly with our insurance company to bring to light any issues that were missed by the insurance adjuster, as Matt has expertise and past experience in that field. This kept our out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. We thought Rhino Restoration did a great job with our roof, we highly recommend them, and we have already recommended them to friends.

Matt and his team did a great job with my roof repairs. He was professional and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies and I was really appreciative of the help and advice he gave me as I was dealing with the adjustor. The crew left everything spotless. Good quality, good value, professional installation and service, on time, and responsive, extremely satisfied with the roof and gutter installation. Installed premium GAF ice and water shield in all valleys and around penetrations. Installed premium GAF felt buster underpayment. Installed drip edge and gutter apron on entire perimeter of the house. Installed new ridge vent system on entire roof. Installed new flashing for all perimeters. Cleaned up and hauled away all debris.

We offer Military, Senior, and First responders and Teachers discounts. We also pay a referral fee to previous customers that refer us! Drone roof inspections are done at no charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet homeowner - 100% virtual if requested to discuss options and budget. Propose best possible material selection that falls within customers budget. Complete project usually in 1 day and finalize insurance process (if applicable), collect 1st. payment. Conduct walk through of completed project with homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the roofing industry. Licensed claims adjuster. Xactimate trained. Owens Corning Preferred contractor. GAF Certified Contractor. FAA Drone licensed
