FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what part of town you live in, I charge $65-$75 per hour long session. If you are working with a partner or in a group, there is a $20 up-charge per extra person ($60 session + 1 partner = $80 session or $40 per person)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a potential client, first I need to make sure I have availability to accommodate them. I ask what sort of schedule they have in mind and what part of town they live in (since I travel to my clients, knowing where they live is important to how I arrange my schedule and if I can accommodate their schedule.) After that, we schedule the first session. I always offer the first session free of charge so that we can meet and they can decide if I will be a good fit as their trainer. During the first session we discuss their specific needs and goals, and of course workout. If they would like to move forward, we set their workout sessions for the month and I require up front monthly payment to secure their spot on my schedule.
