- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will come to realize my prices are competitive industry wide. However due to the increase in gas prices I did have to adjust costs for further travel notary appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer makes contact via text, phone, email, or through the Thumbtack app. They let me know what they need notarized, how many signatures are required and their location. I then quote a price and my availability. Just that simple.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from elderly, terminally ill, single mothers registering their children for school, health care professionals, teachers, and realtors, and so forth. I am more than happy to work with anyone!
