Mr. Rice showed up early and was the consummate professional. I was downstairs in bed, suffering a bout of bad health. I was unable to get to the bank, or anywhere else, to get this thing notarized. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will come to realize my prices are competitive industry wide. However due to the increase in gas prices I did have to adjust costs for further travel notary appointments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer makes contact via text, phone, email, or through the Thumbtack app. They let me know what they need notarized, how many signatures are required and their location. I then quote a price and my availability. Just that simple.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from elderly, terminally ill, single mothers registering their children for school, health care professionals, teachers, and realtors, and so forth. I am more than happy to work with anyone!
