- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and the work will reflect that! I love reoccurring clients and will discount for recurring clients and elderly or disabled. I am always offering sales and will customize my budget to the clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is doing a phone consultation or face to face tour of the house to view what needs to be done. After that I write down all the majors and minors of the job and then I dive in and get the job done. I also always find out if the client has any allergies and govern accordingly with my cleaning supplies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have been extensively trained with hands on experiences! We are trained to notice "the little things" that can make a customer happy and we aim to please!
