Working with Ralph and his crew was a great experience. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, everything was perfect. We had Installer Direct install all the hardwood flooring and baseboards in our basement and it turned out beautiful. Ralph was easy to communicate with, listened to our needs and provided superb craftsmanship. I would highly recommend using Installer Direct for any flooring work! Wish I found them sooner!!

Ralph and his crew did an excellent job on our floors! Very responsive and on time both days they were here. LVP floors were done properly and they were even able to fix a previous mistake from someone else we had do one of our bedrooms! Will absolutely be hiring them again for all future flooring needs!

Ralph and his team did a great job replacing our flooring in our house. He was good at sticking on pricing and went above and beyond to get the look we want. I truly appreciate his and his team’s effort and hard work. They were also good at finishing the work on time.
