Hi Ana, I’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our interaction, as I always strive to provide a positive experience for my clients. While I completely understand how challenging it must have been for you to navigate getting COVID and rescheduling plans, I do want to clarify a few details. At the time of booking, we both agreed to a contract that includes a non-refundable policy. This policy exists because, as a small business, I hold your date exclusively for you, turning away other clients and making adjustments to my schedule, including canceling personal plans. When you canceled two days prior to the original session, I wasn’t able to fill that slot on such short notice. Additionally, I understand you secured other vendors for your rescheduled date before consulting me about my availability. If you had reached out to confirm my schedule first, I would have been happy to work with you to find a date that worked for us both. I truly value each of my clients and take pride in the quality of my work and communication. I hope this provides clarity to others reading this review. Best, Juliana
