Tiana was my day of coordinator for my wedding, and I can't say enough about how pivotal she was in making sure my day was successful. She was punctual, kept us on time, helped set up/take down, checked in with all vendors and guests, even making sure my wedding party was comfortable and well fed! A composite professional, you should definitely hire her for your next event!

I am not even sure where to start because everything about Oh So Pretti, LLC services for my wedding day on 6.6.21 was amazing!! First of all, me and my husband decided to not have a large wedding at the last minute. We decided to have a small intimate wedding. We picked a date that only allowed about 2 weeks to plan. When I located Oh So Pretti,LLC(Tiana), she was so professional, very understanding of our needs/wants, very informative and knowledgeable in every area. My initial call with her was only to have her as our day of event planner but a week later we realized that we needed a replacement florist. Tiana stepped right into action to assist us with only 3 days to put together everything that was needed to meet our wedding dreams. She took away all of our stress and continued to contact us with updates so that we would not feel any stress about our fast approaching wedding day!!! Her and her staff did an amazing job with decorating our ceremony and reception area!!! They went above and beyond our expectations!!! We only had 3 hrs at our wedding place and Tiana made sure that our timeline didn’t get off track. We did not think that we would have enough time for our first dance and father/daughter dance and she was able to fit everything that we wanted into our timeframe!! Our guests continued to speak nothing but greatness about Oh So Pretti, LLC services throughout our wedding and still speaking highly of them days after our wedding!! I did not have to do anything for the day of our wedding but be the bride😊...she took great care of everything!! The groom was very blown away by her services!! I would surely recommend Oh So Pretti, LLC to anyone who is looking for an Event Planner that will offer excellent services which includes professionalism, great timely updates, offers great value for items selected for your wedding and excellent work ethic, then look no further!!! Tiana was an absolute lifesaver! The process started about a month or a little less from our wedding day and she jumped right in and got to work. She alleviated a lot of my stress and connected with all the vendors. Since we held our wedding at my mother in law’s backyard, help was needed to make sure there was a proper timeline in place. Tiana took all the information provided and created one that worked effortlessly. She even adjusted the times after discussing things with my husband and I to work with our suggestions. Not only did she help decorate and organize things during the rehearsal and day of, she went out of her way to make sure all of our requests were completed and beyond! She even dealt with one of my breakdowns during rehearsal from all the stress and wouldn’t allow me to give up on my vision and worked things out with our DJ. She was truly a blessing to have and her personality was a joy to have around the wedding. Her assistant, Breanna, was also a gem and helped as much as possible! She even asked if I had shoes to change into when she noticed my feet started to ache. Luckily I hid some below the table, but I’m sure she would’ve jumped at the opportunity to help if I needed. Both of these ladies are worth it - you will not be disappointed!

Eric and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Tiana Chang and Oh So Pretti, LLC. I contacted Tiana at the very tail end of my trying to handle my own DIY wedding (she jumped right in as if she were family); Tiana and her team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. She went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined, it’s because of Tiana and Oh So Pretti, LLC that we even had a wedding at all! About 6-weeks from the wedding I hadn't finished my centerpieces, decorations, linen, favors, draperies, etc. for the ceremony and reception. With one phone call, Ms. Tiana came in and saved the day! Within weeks, she contacted my vendors and was full steam ahead, what I love about Tiana is that she will make suggestions but not push you into doing something that will overextend your budget - it was at the point that I said "do you" because I knew that I was in good hands -:)! Because of her suggestions, our wedding was more than I could imagine, she brought my DIY vision to life. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends about how lovely, professional, and creative the decorations were... the centerpieces, lighting, draping, and arrangements around the room were amazing! During our consultation details are very crucical for pricing. This allows us to offer competitive pricing based on what you are truly requiring, and the ability to provide you with a successful event within the budget that has been established.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a friendly conversation. I welcome the opportunity to hear any details of your event, allowing me to provide you with information on how we can accommodate your needs. A proposal will be presented and if you would like to proceed an service agreement is drafted and provided for execution.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my summers breaks, I had the opportunity to work with a Family friend that owned her own Event planning company. In my previous career I worked for a Fortune 500 company, traveling all over the US and Canada setting up their new offices. Realizing how much I enjoyed the outcome of each completion, persuaded me to start my own event planning company.
