- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During our consultation details are very crucical for pricing. This allows us to offer competitive pricing based on what you are truly requiring, and the ability to provide you with a successful event within the budget that has been established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a friendly conversation. I welcome the opportunity to hear any details of your event, allowing me to provide you with information on how we can accommodate your needs. A proposal will be presented and if you would like to proceed an service agreement is drafted and provided for execution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my summers breaks, I had the opportunity to work with a Family friend that owned her own Event planning company. In my previous career I worked for a Fortune 500 company, traveling all over the US and Canada setting up their new offices. Realizing how much I enjoyed the outcome of each completion, persuaded me to start my own event planning company.
