- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service fee of $79, but that fee is waived if hired. We will come take a look at your plumbing and offer you a no-pressure estimate for your plumbing work, talk through your options, and answer all of your questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. When you reach out to us we try and gather as much information as possible and schedule an estimate at a time that works best for you. Once the appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the appointment details. When it's time for our Service Expert to dispatch to the job, they will call you and let you know they are on the way. You will also receive a text with a link to track the Service Expert so you know exactly when they will arrive. That way, you're not wasting time waiting for them. If you decide to move forward with the work, we will schedule the work at a time that works best for you and complete the work to our very high standard of excellence. We also send gifts to all our customers after the job is completed! It's all part of giving you an anxiety-free plumbing experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the ongoing training as part of our plumbing licenses, we also offer internal training to all of our Service Experts on a weekly basis so we can stay up to date with any changes. One of our core values is to be the expert. And since we believe that experts are students, we're always learning more in order to provide you with the highest level of expertise.
