Chef Troy is THE TRUTH!!! Since our first meeting until the end of the event, Chef Troy has been consistently excellent. The Chef we partnered with for our wedding was incredibly professional, fun, and talented. From start to finish, it was the best experience. We shared our preferences with him, and he organized a beautifully romantic dinner for us to taste his food. The Chef cooked on-site, and the meal was AMAZING! Later on, we shared our feedback with the Chef, highlighting what we loved (which was everything) and what we wanted to be tweaked. Chef Troy took the feedback and delivered beyond our expectations. After the food tasting, Chef Troy maintained good communication with us until the wedding day. He even allowed me to make some last-minute adjustments without any hassle. On the day of our wedding, Chef Troy cooked our food on-site, ensuring that everything was fresh and hot. The food was absolutely WONDERFUL! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, especially the birria tacos with consommé (my favorite)! Chef Troy truly stood out from the rest. Chef Troy was a hit at our event! He came well-prepared, and our guests were able to enjoy seconds and even thirds. The charcuterie table he prepared was absolutely stunning, and the guests couldn't get enough. There was nothing left over! We are so happy that we chose Chef Troy to make our special day even more memorable. He was loved by us, our family and friends so much that we have designated him as our "Family Chef," and we wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else with a future event (or date night). Troy catered my wedding and the food was amazing! I had a few of my guests from Jamaica and various other Caribbean places and they all were like that was amazing. Troy is great! He will forever be in my phone for future needs.
