He helped me out over the phone by directing me to fix the leak l had under the sink and it worked. Very caring professional and understanding person. Didn’t even charge me anything went out of the way by sending me the pictures of the parts I needed to fix it. Greatly appreciated his courtesy and care. We’ll use there services again if needed. I thought I only had a small leak and did not realize how bad of an emergency it was to get repaired until Mirsad showed up! He came way ahead of the scheduled time, fixed the issue right away! He was able to hear and find 3 other small leaks and worked quickly to get those repaired too! Made extra calls and referred me to a Mitigation Company as well! Prior to opening up my own company, I worked for a big plumbing company and now that I have my own, I offer all and potential customers with prices 40%-50% cheaper than the big business because we do not want you breaking an arm or leg.
