I worked as a maintenance technician fixing, maintaining and building on a business campus with over 100 residents for 15 years. I have managed the maintenance department for over 5 years. I do residential plumbing and electrical. I install Home appliances: stoves, ovens, washers and dryers, water heaters ( both tankless and regular ones). I do installation of: flooring, windows, doors, roofs and siding; I frame walls, finish basements. I do Finish carpentry: like crown moldings, trimming doors and windows, baseboards etc. I do Installation of showers, tubs, sinks, garbage disposal etc. I love what i am doing, and helping you with your project brings me joy. We recently had some electrical and plumbing work done by Vitalii, and he did an excellent job. He was efficient, quick, and offered very reasonable prices. We initially hired him to handle some electrical work in one of our bedrooms, and after completing that, we mentioned a leaking sink in the kitchen. He was kind enough to take care of that issue the same day, saving us time and hassle. We really appreciated his professionalism and versatility, and we’ll definitely be working with him again for future home repairs!
