For twenty years I have been working in the Metro Atlanta area as a full time fire fighter. During my off time away from the fire department, I have career working as Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Having 3000+ hours of training, and a Bachelors Degree has led myself to being Certified in the home appraising field. I have wide market area knowledge base and necessary tools to complete an accurate real estate appraisal. I do have a Certified Real Estate Appraisal License for the state of GA. I have a Bachelors degree also I am have been fully Certified as a Real Estate Appraiser. I stay up to date on all continuing education and new and emerging methods of real estate appraisals.
