- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to meet and review any pricing inquiries. Once a schedule is set for regular service, discounts can be discussed. Any service needed, that is not listed, is always open for discussion as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat each client as an individual, with different needs that are reviewed, handled, and met. But a new customer will find the following process: 1. Introduction via email, lead answer, or call. 2. Schedule a phone call to discuss the needs and answer any initial questions; or confirmation of the job via email, text, call, lead. 3. Lawn Service- Arrive at the property and complete the job, exceeding expectations. ---------------------------- 1. Introduction via email, lead answer, or call. 2. Schedule a phone call to discuss the needs and answer any initial questions. 3. Property Management- Tour of property. 4. Make recommendations for getting a new tenant or keeping a current tenant. 5. Implement any recommendations agreed upon. 6. Superior management of property and tenant, to exceed all expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent. My expertise is in Middle Georgia, and the surrounding Counties. I have been managing 200+ properties, including residential and commercial, for almost 10 years, I am constantly looking for opportunities to continue my education in all Real Estate and Property Management areas.
