- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I can give a potential customer a price on their yard, I must take a look at it first to see what all needs to be done or there may be extra lawn needs the customer would like to address. Reasonable quotes, and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting customers name, number, address Setting up a day/time to come give quote Prefer customer to be home to do a walk through of lawn If customer agree to price, we schedule date for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First started doing lawn service as a teenager at the tender age of 17 throughout my adulthood, working for various companies, operating zero turn mowers, bushhogs, every brand weedeater, edger, trimmer, and blower, and performing landscaping. Now that I have established my own company, I'm proud to say I have over 20 years experience.
