Debbie, we cleaned your home and did everything you asked. Before we left we asked, is there anything else that you'd like for us to do, you responded "no, thank you so much" via text message. I even asked you to check the rooms to make sure you were satisfied . you said "it's so clean in here!" You then proceeded to text us after we left that we didn't do a good job and that the floors were dirty. We always check with the customers for satisfaction before we leave. If there was anything you wer we unsatisfied about, you had ample time to express that. You then asked us to come back to help you with uploading personal items on Facebook marketplace, which we do not do. And asked us to drop off a check for you, which we do not do. you asked us to clean a mattress drenched in urine so you could sell it on marketplace, we declined. you tried once more to get us come back and clean the rest of your home. we quoted you a price of $200 and you stated "that's too much". It seems that you want free labor and you are attempting to tarnish the business name, because you wanted a 1500 sqft home scrubbed, mopped, swept, rid of dog hair in every room, a urine drenched mattress cleaned, your garage pressure washed, closets organized, items tagged and labeled all for $150.
