I contacted DBS to correct a poor installation of pavers done by a different contractor. Donaldo was very responsive and undid the subpar work and properly installed the pavers in one day. He did an excellent job using the correct materials and at a reasonable price. Note, I added the rocks.

Naldo replaced my old tub with freestanding one and tile around it. The job looked great but the plumbing was awful. He miscalculated the faucet installation which busted my wall in my closet. He messed up the tub drain install which flooded my bathroom and garage when I first used it. Tried several times to get him to come back out to correct it which he never showed. Several months later after not able to use my tub, I found a licensed plumber to fix the drain line that was not even connected. The tile job looks great I just hope they don’t fall off the wall later. I paid this guy a lot of money and even tipped him, only to end up spending several hundred dollars more to fix his bad job. Naldo Karma is a B**ch
