We offer discounts for reoccurring cleans. Our prices are determined on what type of clean, the size of your space, and how dirty the space already is. Our price correlates to our attention to detail and determination to leave your place better than we found it.

For King Neat, the typical process for working with a new customer is: Initial Inquiry – Customer contacts us via phone, email, or website. Consultation & Quote – We assess their needs, provide a customized cleaning plan, and give a quote. On-Site Survey – Upon arrival, the cleaner evaluates the actual condition of the space to confirm or adjust the final price. Cleaning Service – Our team completes the job professionally and efficiently. Quality Check & Feedback – Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Ongoing Service – Set up regular cleaning schedules or follow-ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While my degree is in Systems Engineering Human Factors from the Air Force Academy, my military training instilled discipline, attention to detail, and high cleanliness standards—essential qualities in the cleaning industry. In the military, cleanliness isn’t just about appearance; it’s about efficiency, hygiene, and maintaining a professional environment.
