First time mommy and was stressing about having the proper care and support. I am so glad I chose Empress as my doula . She not only prepared me to deliver a healthy baby, I was prepared and supported through out my postpartum care! I have a unique plan that I follow that assist with my mental and spiritual health. So glad she is my doula and future doula to come ! 😊

The experience was more than expected. Mekinde Quantum Reiki is a modality that I recommend because of how much I was able to relax during the process. I was able to receive the treatment Wholisticly as intended. Definitely going to reschedule multiple sessions for stress relief.
