- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we find works best for most people is to set an appointment with a fully trained service specialist to inspect your home or business to accurately identify the exact pest species you are dealing with, provide you with a report of their findings and a quote for treatment if necessary. There is no cost or obligation for these inspections and all of our inspections are done by appointment so you don’t have to wait around for someone to show up. All of our service specialists are cross trained in both general household pests and termites and our inspections are very thorough inside and outside and include the attic and crawlspace. Most companies just send a salesman who won’t perform a thorough inspection and thus won’t be able to determine the full extent of the problem thus preventing them from totally eliminating the pest or termite problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Service Specialists are fully trained and receive additional training weekly to hone their skills and keep up to date on the latest and best practices to prevent and eliminate pests and termites.
