Everything about our experince with Mr. Blair was pleasant! I spoke with several other businesses about gutters, before hiring Mr. Blair to do the job, and I felt they all were way over priced. Mr. Blair does great quality work for a very affordable price. He and his crew are all hard workers. I will definitely be hiring him again, for another job, in the future.

Beware!! I hired Shon Blair on July 10th to retile the surround to a tub. I gave him a $1900.00 deposit for the work and to be used on materials. He kept saying he would be at my house later that week, over and over again. He gave every excuse in the book why he couldn't come and work on my project! He finally came back to my house on Oct. 27th and did a partial demo. He was here about 2 hours and brought about $200 worth of materials. He didn't do any clean up at all! He has now ghosted me! So he's stolen the majority of my money and has left me with a destroyed bath! I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and he's taken money I can't afford to lose!! I am taking legal action!!

Sara is a liar I had 700 worth of material on the job and I did do some clean up and I hauled off a bunch of debris i really don’t know why customers got to lie on the contractor and I gave her money back in full

I hired Shon on Oct 5, 2024 to fix roof fascia and replace two columns on my front porch. He asked for $500 up front to get materials and promised to be back the next weekend. I had to keep calling to get him to come out or get a refund. I requested a refund on October 21st. It took days of calling from me and multiple excuses from him, but I got my money back on Nov 4th. There is someone else on here who has had issues like mine. BEWARE. I cannot recommend his services.

He reached out to cancel our initial meeting just an hour before it was supposed to happen, and then failed to show up for the second meeting he had scheduled. Even though I phoned him an hour before the second meeting to confirm his attendance, I spent 30 minutes each way driving without success. I wouldn't recommend him at all. Waste of time.

Shon replaced gutters and repaired a roof leak for us. I am very pleased with his work and looking forward to working with him again! He is quick to respond and very easy to work with. I would recommend his company for any repairs you are looking to have completed. Fairly priced and really gives 110% to complete jobs.
