I hired Johnny to change out my kitchen faucet, put floating shelves in my bedroom and hang pictures in my living room. He did a great job. Very detail oriented and took his time making sure it was just right and that I was happy

Rate is $62/hr but minimum job size is 125$ within 10 miles radius. Fixed based prices may be agreed upon, depending on the project or if multiple projects are at the same location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Qualify the job specs with customer first to confirm we will do the job. Confirm timeline for job to be completed and distance to the location of work being performed. Confirm payment method.

I have been in construction since I was 16 years old. Worked at IBM as a maintenance technician and also worked at Holiday Inn as the onsite maintenance tech.
