Johnny did a great job on my project. Immediately responded to my project inquiry (8PM), came by next day to evaluate work and give estimate (1PM). After we agreed price (which was very fair) he was able to immediately start job and completed project that same day (6PM). Quality of workmanship was excellent, and could not have received better, or timelier, service. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate is $62/hr but minimum job size is 125$ within 10 miles radius. Fixed based prices may be agreed upon, depending on the project or if multiple projects are at the same location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Qualify the job specs with customer first to confirm we will do the job. Confirm timeline for job to be completed and distance to the location of work being performed. Confirm payment method.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction since I was 16 years old. Worked at IBM as a maintenance technician and also worked at Holiday Inn as the onsite maintenance manager.
