I had an emergency call into Plumbing heroes due to a leak under my sink. The attentiveness I received from the initial phone call, while work was being done to the finish project exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend these “Heroes” to anyone looking for honest & hardworkers to get your project done. Looking forward to using them soon for some additional little work around my home. Service Heroes responded quickly, but once confirming the job, things went downhill. They were over 3 hours late. The tree was not taken down; they said they would come back the next day to take care of it. I contacted Service Heroes early the next day and was told there was an issue with their truck, and it was being serviced. Once the truck was fixed, they would be on the way to take down the tree. Service Heroes didn't come back to address the issue of the tree.
