- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest around but with that we do not provide cheap quality work either. Check out our reviews on google. We do offer discounts to first time clients and to clients that package services together ex. driveway, house wash and a roof wash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we first speak with a customer we will get a little information about the property and what the customers concerns are. From there, if able we will do a virtual estimate. If a virtual estimate is not possible then we will go to the property for inspection and talk with the customer about any other concerns they might have. After that we send the estimate to the customer and once they accept we get it on the schedule. Once job is complete we make sure the customer is happy and check one last time if there are any other concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of everything I do is self taught. Always has been. But with that comes countless hours of studying my industry and lots of trial and error. We are out of the trial and error stage and on to providing our customers with high quality work every time.
