FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3, 6, and 12 month packages based on my client's goals, motivation, and budget. We will work together to come up with the best plan to reach their goals. I also do partner training, bootcamps and small group training, which are priced individually based the client needs and the number in the group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is conducting an initial phone consultation. In this phone call, I get to know all about the potential client, by asking what their goals, strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, past injuries and possibly health related issues may be. After the phone consult, we schedule a time to meet in-person and perform a fitness assessment. The assessment typically takes about 30 minutes. In the assessment, we perform, a partial sit-up and push-up test for muscular strength and endurance. Once these tests are completed, I then can design a workout program specifically for that client's abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the nationally recognized organization, Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), afaa.com. I've been certified since 2010. I am also a member of the professional fitness organization IDEA Health & Fitness Association, ideafit.com.
