- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our particular field of work their tend to be many variables that come into play that can raise and lower the pricing of our surveys. Our customer service associates want to make sure that they are giving you the lowest price possible and the best way to assure that is communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we like to try and establish contact between one of our great customer service associates and the client so that we can gather more information about what they need, phones work best because they leave the least room for miscommunication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Registered Land Surveyors complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education classes each year. Making them some of the most intelligent and well versed land surveyors you can find, providing you with the most accurate surveys and the quickest turnaround times
