The team did a move out cleaning for my home. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up to the last detail. For my size home it took the two ladies a whole day but the results were fantastic. The home looked like brand new when they finished. Susan was absolutely fantastic. I was able to promptly schedule a cleaning and the service was beyond amazing! While the cleaning itself took longer than I anticipated, I didn't mind since I know that quality work takes time. It was my first time on Thumbtack finding a cleaning company and I think I found an excellent company and person, Susan. She was thorough in her detail work and saw to it that her crew did well. I hired her for just cleaning but ended up deep cleaning my home. Also I found her having some gadgets that not many cleaning companies have and she did an excellent job to my home and I would hire her again and recommend her to my family and friends. Before we offer an estimate to clean your home, we need to know some details about your specific furnishings, flooring, countertops, etc. so we can come prepared to give you the best service for your needs. Our prices are competitive and you'll discover our services are well worth the cost. We believe that our clients deserve the best and we strive to provide the highest quality service possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you've messaged us, we'll have a brief phone consultation to discover your specific needs to customize a cleaning plan for you right away! If time permits, we will schedule an initial walk-through of your home to understand your needs, expectations, and budget. During the visit, we will learn about your home's furnishings, materials and surfaces to create a customized plan and cleaning products for your home to ensure a smooth and successful cleaning process. With this information we'll offer the most economical price to achieve the results you will be thrilled with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Solving many home problems through the years as a realtor, I’ve learned how to clean just about anything in or around a home. I also have a strong sensitivity to most chemicals and fragrances so the move towards more natural ingredients was important to me. I'm happy to be able to use my knowledge and experience to help others achieve a clean home without using harsh and toxic chemicals.
