- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers whom are unfamiliar with the cost structure of construction and remodeling. The baseline is derived from the property in questions value. All maintenance and remodeling should align with this principle. Only then can the properties value be maintained and improved with remodeling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I’m introduced to a new customer, I meet with them and talk about their needs. Then we can begin the process of gathering all of the details and design aspects of their project. With this information I can move forward with estimates and proposals. Once an approval is reached, the next steps are starting deposits and scheduling.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to residential construction and remodeling at a very young age. As a young adult I began to work in commercial and industrial construction and maintenance as well. My experience is a direct result of, 40 years of working with masters of construction sciences. And receiving the type of mentorship’s that have proven to be greatly beneficial to all projects that have followed.
