There were some miscommunications caused by the virtual assistant this company uses, but I’ve addressed my concerns directly with the owner, who seemed receptive. Our technician, Son, was a true lifesaver. I would definitely request him again in the future. He was knowledgeable, and ultimately got our AC fixed quickly, which was our goal!

Corey was truly amazing with his diagnosis. My HVAC was blowing a cold air even when thermostats were off. I thought the thermostats are the problem and bought two new Google nest and called Corey to come and look at it. He did a good diagnostic and found the ventilation switch was bringing a cold air and it wasn’t connected to remote/thermostats. What I like about him is he didn’t shy away from calling Honeywell to understand thermostats configuration and ventilation switch functioning. At the end it was just a ventilation switch that need to turn it off. He was honest and explain me all the details.
