- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality, creativity, and care that go into every balloon design. All quotes include delivery, setup, and/or breakdown to ensure a stress-free experience. Taxes are added to all invoices for transparency. Each project is customized to your vision, and I’m happy to discuss options to fit your budget while maintaining a stunning final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send the client a survey to gather information about the event and expectations. Once received, we start by discussing your event details, theme, and vision to understand exactly what you’re looking for. I’ll provide design suggestions tailored to your event, and once we’ve finalized the plan, I’ll send an invoice for payment. On the event day, I handle everything from delivery to setup and, if needed, breakdown, so you can focus on enjoying your special occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in balloon artistry, having taught at various balloon conventions and workshops. I stay updated on industry trends and techniques by attending advanced training sessions and collaborating with other top balloon artists worldwide. My hands-on experience with diverse projects has honed my skills in creating unique and innovative designs.
