My yard in rental home had become overgrown to the point where ivy was blocking the AC system and smothering a couple of small trees. They very quickly visited property and provided a fair price for cutting and spraying the overgrowth areas. And provided additional services on cutting down some. Small nuisance trees. Great responsiveness and respectful negotiation on pricing. You will need to negotiate hauling or removal of cut trees and brush.
