I appreciate her personality, and the initial pictures were nice, but my experience fell short of expectations. I was under the impression that I was paying for a content creator package that included a specific location with premium photo opportunities, facilitated by a friend she mentioned. Unfortunately, I found myself wandering the resort instead of having the enriching experience I anticipated. I was then told by staff that we could not take pictures there. So disappointed! I ended up receiving only 11 pictures for over $700, and it took two and a half weeks to get a response when I tried to reach her. While she is friendly and communicates well initially, I would reconsider working with her in the future. In hindsight, opting for a more affordable option may have been a better choice. For anyone considering working with her, I recommend getting everything in writing. This will provide clarity and protect your interests should any issues arise.

Sheena, I wanted to emphasize the importance of punctuality, as your two-hour tardiness to the shoot caused logistical issues. Unfortunately, your late arrival prevented my friend from providing the necessary assistance. I also noted that it took you a year and a half to respond after I initially reached out to you multiple times via talk text. Although you were unavailable due to your busy nursing schedule, I still offered you various options for reels and pictures. We previously discussed the situation extensively via text message and have since come to a mutual understanding. I wish you had contacted me before posting your review, considering we had already clarified the circumstances. I like to be very transparent with my clients and I can provide screenshots of us resolving this issue. If anybody wants a contract, they definitely can’t receive a contract but even in a contract you’re only bonded to the hours that you have paid for you cannot show up to a photo shoot two hours late. I have other people scheduled after your photo shoot.
