- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a minimum charge of $299.00 .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls, we set the appointment date. We go to the appointment and evaluate the problem. We write up the estimate , no pressure. We give you a very competitive price with a written warranty. When you say yes, we do the job on a timely basis. The customer is happy. End of story.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree in business administration. And I was trained by Sears Home Improvement and The Home Depot Home Services Department .
