Justin responded quickly to my request, and offered a variety of times to move my heavy piece of exercise equipment up a tall flight of stairs in my house. He and his team arrived right on time and were careful and efficient. I’ll definitely use J&J Movers again when I need help moving heavy items.

Justin and his partner handled my furnishings with care. He packed everything carefully in the truck and later in the storage unit. He moved some fragile and indispensible things to another part of the house for me. I'll be calling him again to help me put everything back once the contractors finish repairing the basement.

Justin and Ty were respectful and professional. Showed up on time and were ready to work. We spent about 5-7 mins discussing the items that needed to be shifted into the Pod we got. Soon after, they went to work. The work went over the time we discussed (our furniture pieces were not wrapped - we provided the blankets, wrap, and tape), but the additional hour rate was worth it.

I charge $85/hr with a minimum of 2 hours for the labor.

After the customer has chosen my company, my first step is to reach out to them as quickly as possible. Next, I discuss the details of the move with the customer until a time and date is finalized. Finally, when the date arrives, my team and I complete the move as safe and efficient as possible.
