- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique, and I consider time, materials, and preparation when providing an estimate. You will receive a written quotation to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. The estimate can always be adjusted for any additional work you may want to be done or if an issue arises. You will never be surprised with hidden charges or a charge for work that was not discussed with you before completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me, we can schedule a convenient time to review your project and take a look at the area(s) to be painted. During this time, I can make recommendations for materials and any repairs that may be needed. I will also provide you with an explanation of how I intend to complete your project to your satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While attending college, I worked for a contractor completing projects. After working for his company for a few years, I decided to start my own company.
